Pastor Jen has been serving in the WI UMC for 11 years. She attended licensing school in Fort Worth, TX. (BIG church country!) and then attended United Theological Seminary in the Twin Cities.

Before Pastor Jen went to seminary, she volunteered for many years as a youth leader which is where she learned to love mission work, with and for communities. Pastor Jen loves connecting with people through service, conversation, coffee, dancing (Zumba groupie!), and deep listening.

She and her husband have 3 adult children and 1 grandchild. It is indeed true that grandparenting teaches us what the heart of God truly is.

Jen loves music, of all kinds, and received her Bachelor’s of Music Ed from UWRF and still loves to play music with others whenever possible. She enjoys hiking, biking, campfires,  admiring other people’s gardening skills and just generally being in nature. She and her husband enjoy cooking together and of course, being grandparents!
